At WildBird, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe fits your lifestyle perfectly while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
